4.                  Rock & Roll to Butterfly w/ Head Down   (10s)

5.                  Pike Stretch   (10 – 30s)

6.                  Sitting – Straddle – Stretch (Right, Left, Center)   (10 – 30s each)

7.                  Bird Stand   (10 – 20s)

8.                  Side & Front Hurdles   (5 – 10s ea leg)

9.                  Standing Straddle Splits   (10 – 30s)

10.             Right & Left Splits   (10 – 30s ea leg)

11.             Wrists, then Backbend   (10 – 30s)

12.             Frogger Jumps   (10 – 30)

13.             Hollow Body Push-Ups   (10 – 30)

14.             Tuck V-Ups   (10 – 30)

15.             Tuck Ups 5x, then Straddle Up Handstands 5x
