Policies and Procedures
NEW HEIGHTS GYM
POLICIES AND RULES
Gymnastics is the basic body training for all sports.
There is no other sport that develops the mind and body like gymnastics.
Our athletes are provided with the opportunity to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, and endurance through our skills program.
The skills learned in gymnastics carry over into many of life’s activities.
In order to best serve you and your child, we feel that the following information is important and should be read by you and your child.
I.
BILLING
Mailing Address:
New Heights Gym, LC
Phone Number:
337-365-3806
Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
A $10 late fee will be applied to payments received after the 15th of each month.
If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, the student will not be allowed to participate in class.
If the child is absent or does not receive a bill, the parent is still responsible for payment by the due date.
There are
no refunds for unattended classes, registration or insurance fees.
Even if the child attends one class, the whole month tuition is due.
We will offer a $5.00 discount per month for each additional sibling enrolled in classes or for each additional class taken by student.
Should legal or collection fees be necessary to collect a delinquent account, the cost of such fees will be the responsibility of the gymnast’s parent/ guardian.
There will be a $25.00 NSF charge for all checks returned to New Heights Gym.
Due to our small student/teacher ratio 8:1 that we try to keep, every child must pay each month’s tuition in order to hold his/her place in a class regardless of the circumstances including sickness, injury, vacation, weather emergency, etc. If you decide to drop your child from his/her class, a written notice must be received 15 days prior to the end of the month so that we can fill the opening, or you will be responsible for paying the next month’s tuition. Please be aware that the entire month’s tuition is due to be paid, even if it is only one day of the month attended. It is the parent’s responsibility, not the child’s, to notify us of the child’s removal from class. If you decide to re-enroll your child at a later date after dropping from the class, you must pay another registration fee of $45.
