7:30 – 8:00                   Drop-Off, Morning Movie

 

8:00 – 9:00                   Morning Stretches/ Wake Up Games/ Roll Call / Divide into Groups

 

9:00 – 9:50                   Rotation 1       

 

9:50 – 10:40                 Rotation 2       

 

10:40 – 11:30               Rotation 3                   

 

11:30 – 1:30                 Lunch & Free Time & Group Games

 

1:30 – 3:00                   Afternoon Optional Activities (3 activities, 2) 45-min rotations)

 

3:00 – 4:00                   Pit Time & Snack Time

 

4:00 – 5:30                   Pack Up / Dismissal

 

 

 

GROUP ROTATIONS:

            1.   Gymnastics (morning) :   includes rings, bars, beam, vault, and tumbling

            2.   Pit & Tramp (morning) :   includes tumble track, rope, mini-tramp, pit bar, pit beam, pit races

            3.   Group Games (morning) :   includes various games, relay races, dances

            4.   Fitness: (afternoon option) includes flexibility, strength, cardio, speed, and yoga

            5.   Dance/ Cheer:   (afternoon option) includes learning dance steps and cheer routines

            6.   Arts & Crafts:   (afternoon option) includes painting, coloring, and other craft activities

            7.   Outside Activities: (afternoon option) includes group games in the field, running drills, softball, (tennis shoes).

            8.   Obstacle Course:   (afternoon option) includes various stations, obstacles, etc.

 

 

 

 

* 20 kids / rotation with 2 coaches / rotation

 

* Special events will be determined at a later date

 

* Tennis Shoes may be required for special activities.   Plan to wear / bring tennis shoes just in case.

 

* For Special Dress Days, bring a change of clothes just in case.

June 7:                   A Dog’s Life

-           Pet / Farm Games & Dress Up based on following movies:

·          101 Dalmations

·          Air Bud

·          Lady & Tramp

·          Petting Zoo on Friday:   $5 extra per person

               

June 14:                 To Infinity and Beyond

-           Cowboys, Spacemen, Astronauts and Alien theme based on movies:  

·          Toy Story

·          Meet the Robinsons

·          Space Bud

·          Wall-e

·           Space Walk Friday: $5 extra per person 

 

June 21:                 Fairy Tale World

-           Princesses & Princes theme:  

·          Princess & Frog

·          Shrek

·          Snow White/ Cinderella/ Beauty & the Beast/ Tinkerbell

·          Special Dress Friday

 

June 28:                 Aloha

-           Hawaiian Luau theme:  

·          Lilo & Stitch  

·          Arts & Crafts including leis, hula skirts, flowers, etc.  

·          Special Dress Friday

 

July 5     :                Under the Sea

-           Wet n’ Wild Water Fun & Activities Theme:  

·          Shark Tales

·          Little Mermaid

·          Finding Nemo

·          Water Slide on Friday ($8 extra/person) : bring swimsuit, towel, sunscreen

 

July 12:                Arrrr Matey

-           Pirate Theme:  

·          Pirates of the Caribbean

·          Peter Pan

July 19:                 Up, Up & Away

-           Activities & dress based on movies:  

·          Up

·          Aladdin

·          Balloon art & games

·          Special Dress Friday

 

July 26:                 Life in the Fast Lane

-           Activities & dress based on movies:  

·          Cars

·          Races

·          Bring bikes, scooters, skates to gym on Friday (tennis shoes)
